Trainees
Our trainee roles are aimed at people who would like to work in housing and support but do not have experience in this area. If you are interested in a career in supported housing, this could be the ideal opportunity.
Many of our supported housing worker and floating support worker roles are open to trainees. This means we will accept applications from people who do not have direct experience of working with homeless or vulnerable people or in the housing sector. You will need to demonstrate that you are interested in working with the client groups we support and have a desire to help people change their lives.
You will receive additional training and support during your first six months to help you develop the skills and knowledge required for the role. This includes shadowing other staff, plus regular training and supervision from your line manager. You will receive a trainee salary for your first 12 months with Transform.
