We are an innovative charity and housing association with an excellent reputation for providing high-quality and professional services. Our people are at the heart of our organisation.

We employ over 100 staff, the majority of whom are based in our frontline teams and work directly with clients. Our frontline staff carry out keywork to help clients deal with the issues they are facing, as well as housing management tasks such as reporting maintenance issues and collecting rent. We also have around 20 staff based at our Central Office in Leatherhead, who support our frontline operations, as well as maintenance and support staff.

What we are looking for

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed people who share our passion for making a difference.

You should be happy working in a team yet able to use your initiative. You will need to be able to efficiently manage a varied workload and have the energy to cope with emotional challenges along the way. You must be able to empathise with clients and understand their needs, while remaining professional and impartial. Above all you must be flexible and adaptable to the requirements of the role.

The majority of our positions require you to have a full valid driving licence and your own car. Some roles have specific work patterns such as evening and weekend work or sleep ins. All our vacancies require you to be entitled to live and work in the UK.
