On Monday 17 November a Farnham homeless project run by Transform Housing & Support celebrated 10 years transforming lives, with a visit by HRH The Countess of Wessex GCVO. Simmonds Court was originally opened by The Countess in 2004.
Transform Housing & Support has been awarded the Investors in People Bronze Standard, following a three-day assessment earlier this month.
Transform Housing & Support is planning to run a winter shelter to help homeless people across three boroughs of Surrey. The project is being run in partnership with several local organisations.
The Vice Chancellor of the University of Surrey, Professor Sir Christopher Snowden, visited Transform Housing & Support on Monday 5 January.
