Client Satisfaction Survey: The results

Transform Housing & Support has continued its success in supporting clients to become more independent and confident in life, according to our 2015 Client Satisfaction Survey.

With over 300 clients taking part in this year’s survey, results reveal that over 98% of clients are satisfied with the advice and support received by Transform; with over 84% saying they were completely satisfied.

Paul Mitchell, Chief Executive had this to say:

“We are extremely pleased with the responses received in this year’s Client Satisfaction Survey. The results go to show the high quality of support provided by Transform staff and also of the value that clients place on this support.

“We continue to strive towards complete satisfaction for our clients and this survey helps us understand where we are getting things right and where we need to improve. Positive results across the board show us we are getting there, which is fantastic news! We look forward to another successful year.”

98% of clients surveyed said they felt more secure since receiving support from Transform, which is a 2% rise compared to last year’s 96%. The increase in these results demonstrates that the services provided by our staff have a genuine and significant positive impact on the quality of life of homeless and vulnerable people.

“The future looks great”

Clients were also asked - what was the most important thing about their accommodation and support with Transform. There were a number of different views with one client saying, “Having a secure place to live with limitless friendly support”. Another explains that they had much more independence - “My confidence has grown 100%”.

Other comments included:

  • “It's a place I can call home which has helped me to feel less stressed and anxious. So I'm more relaxed and confident than I have been for a number of years.”
  • “Having the independence, yet knowing there is the support of people who actually care. Assistance in getting a life.”
  • “Having a safe and comfortable place to live with my daughter.”
