SCDT is voted ExxonMobil's Charity of the Year

SCDT has been voted Charity of the Year 2009 by staff at ExxonMobil's Leatherhead site.

Staff voted overwhelmingly for SCDT and Exxon will hold events throughout the year to raise funds for the charity. Their Christmas raffle has already raised over £1,000.

Paul Mitchell, SCDT Chief Executive, said:

"I'm delighted that staff chose us to be their Charity of the Year. We are a local charity helping people in the community so I'm very pleased that Exxon, a large local business, is supporting us this year."
