On Sunday 26 September, 19 supporters took on this year’s Surrey Hills Challenge.

Supporters included the Woking District Rotary Club, individuals from local businesses, Transform head office employees and members of the Sutton and Elmbridge Housing & Support teams.

They have collectively raised £2,803 to support homeless and vulnerable people in Surrey. The Woking District Rotary Club was particularly impressive, having raised over £1000.

The Surrey Hills Challenge is one of the biggest sporting challenges in the county, and people of all ages and abilities can take part. Transform supporters took on a range of challenges from 5km to ‘the ultra’ which is a whopping 60km!

Transform’s Corporate & Community Relationship Manager David Annand, who was present on the day, said that all participants enjoyed the event.

“On behalf of Transform, I thank them all for taking the time to support us. It was particularly pleasing to see so many colleagues coming together at the event after what has been a difficult year for many with remote working,” he added.
