Tri-borough partnership
Running a tri-borough winter shelter, in partnership with local councils, voluntary and community groups.
Working with local authorities
Managing a new temporary accommodation service working with Epsom & Ewell Borough Council.
Service transfer
Taking on services from another provider that no longer wished to work in the area.
Coordinating services
Coordinating homelessness services on behalf of seven Surrey boroughs.
Working with the private sector
Remodelling our homeless hostel to increase provision and better meet clients’ needs, in partnership with the landlord A2Dominion.
Philanthropy
Working with a philanthropic donor to provide housing for more local people.
Public-private partnership
Managing the renovation on an empty home owned by a private landlord, for Runnymede Borough Council.
Back office services
Providing management and support services for Reigate Quaker Housing Association.
