We work with local councils to provide temporary accommodation for homeless people and families.
These projects offer a home for local people who find themselves homeless. Clients have to be referred by the Council and must have a connection to the local area to be eligible for housing.
Transform staff give support to help clients settle into their home and to deal with any housing issues, for example repairs, rent payments, and health and safety. They assist people to move to more permanent accommodation when they are ready.

We provide temporary accommodation in the following areas. People generally need to be referred by the local council. Please contact the relevant local team for further details and referral criteria:
- Crawley Temporary Accommodation Service: This service provides an intensive support service to households placed or facilitated into any form of Temporary Accommodation or Private Rented accommodation and is delivered to support those clients to enable them to sustain their accommodation. This is provided via delivery of intensive support to engage with the household and develop their awareness and skills to understand and undertake their responsibilities as a tenant or licensee.
