Hannah, Communications and Fundraising Assistant
"I am definitely looking to progress within the organisation. Transform is very supportive of the development of their staff so I know I will have a helping hand every step of the way."
After two years with Transform, you would have the opportunity to undertake a relevant extended training course. This could include a college course, Open University degree or professional qualification. You can request study leave and a contribution towards the cost of the training course.
We support all staff to develop in their roles and to progress in their career at Transform. Career aspirations are discussed at regular intervals so that managers can support people with their development.
We provide opportunities for staff to gain new skills and experience, for example by joining working groups, shadowing or taking part in group projects. Staff are encouraged to develop their ideas with our Innovation Fund, which offers funding for new projects.
Staff are encouraged to apply for internal vacancies that arise. In fact, 94% of our frontline managers progressed from a more junior role within Transform.
